1. Introduction
Easy Education London Ltd provides online tuition services, including group classes and private 1-to-1 lessons. By signing up to any of our programmes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the parent/guardian or student, where applicable) and Easy Education London Ltd.

1.1 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, amend or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued enrolment in or use of our services after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review our Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

2. Our Tuition Services

Our tuition services include group classes and 1-to-1 lessons.

Each enrolled student receives four (4) lessons per month per chosen subject, unless otherwise specified in the programme description. Each session lasts one (1) hour per week.

  • Where a calendar month includes a fifth (5th) week within a 30-day billing cycle, no additional lesson will be delivered, as the four allocated sessions for that cycle will have already been provided.

If a student enrols in more than one subject or programme, they will receive four (4) sessions per month per subject enrolled.

3. Programme Structure

We offer the following structured tuition programmes:

  • Annual Programme (12 Months)

  • 6-Month Programme

  • Monthly Programme (Restricted Access Only – see Section 3C)

All tuition fees, registration fees, deposit fees and instalments are strictly non-refundable.

3a. Annual Programme (12 Months)

Commitment

By enrolling in our Annual Programme, you commit to a full twelve (12) consecutive months.

Payment Options

Option 1: Full Payment (Upfront)
The full annual fee is payable at enrolment. This payment is final and non-refundable.

Option 2: Instalment Plan (4 Instalments)

Customers may opt to pay the full annual fee in four (4) equal monthly instalments over four consecutive months.

Example: If the Annual Programme fee is £1,200, the customer may pay four instalments of £300 each.

Instalment Terms

  • Instalments are payable monthly for four (4) consecutive months.

  • If an instalment fails, a 10-day grace period applies.

  • During the grace period, lessons will be suspended.

  • If payment is not received within 10 days, the student will be permanently withdrawn from the programme.

  • All amounts already paid will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Example: If a student pays the first two instalments (£600 total) and fails to pay the third instalment within the grace period,  their enrolment will be cancelled and the £600 already paid will not be refunded.

Completion Requirement

Students must complete the full 12-month term.

Automatic Renewal

Upon completion of the 12-month term, the programme will automatically renew for a further 12 months.

If you do not wish to renew, you must provide one (1) calendar month’s written notice prior to the renewal date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal, liability for the renewed term and strictly non-refundable.

3b. 6-Month Programme

Commitment

By enrolling in our 6-Month Programme, you commit to a full six (6) consecutive months.

  • Note: this Programme does come with a registration fee of £30 (one-off) upon purchase.

Option 1: Full Payment (Upfront)
The full 6-month fee is payable at enrolment. This payment is final and non-refundable.

Option 2: Instalment Plan (3 Instalments)

Customers may opt to pay the full 6-month fee in three (3) equal monthly instalments over three consecutive months.

Instalment Terms

  • Instalments are payable monthly for four (3) consecutive months.

  • A 10-day grace period applies for failed payments.

  • Lessons are suspended during the grace period.

  • If payment is not received within 10 days, the student will be permanently withdrawn from the programme enrolled.

  • All amounts already paid will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds will be issued

Completion Requirement

Students must complete the full 6-month term. Early termination is not permitted.

Automatic Renewal

Upon completion of the six-month term, the programme will automatically renew for a further six (6) months.

To prevent renewal, one (1) calendar month’s written notice must be provided before the renewal date. Failure to provide notice results in automatic renewal and financial liability for the renewed term and strictly non-refundable.

3c. Monthly Programme (Restricted / By Invitation Only)

The Monthly Programme is not publicly advertised and is offered at our sole discretion to families who are unable to commit to full or instalment payments for the Annual or 6-Month Programme. Enrolment is by private invitation link only.

Payment Structure

  • First month’s tuition fee (paid upfront)

  • Final month deposit (equal to one month’s fee paid upfront)

  • One-off registration fee

Example: A customer enrolling on 4 January pays for January + a deposit. If they cancel before June, the deposit covers June’s lessons, therefore they do not make payment for that final month.

Alternative Payment Structure (No Upfront Deposit)

  • For customers who cannot pay the final month deposit upfront:

Delayed Start: The customer makes two consecutive monthly payments before lessons begin.

Payment 1: Standard monthly fee (held as security) with one-off registration fee.

Payment 2: Second monthly fee (processed after Payment 1 clears).

Lessons Start: After the second payment is received.

The deposit is held as security and applied to the final month of tuition.

  • Note: Monthly Programme fees are higher than those of the Annual and 6-Month Programmes.

Minimum Commitment

The Monthly Programme requires a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months. If you are in Year 11 or re-taking your GCSE's then minimum commitment is from the date you are enrolled until your exam finishes.

Cancellation

To cancel, one (1) calendar month’s written notice via email must be provided prior to the next billing date.

The deposit will be applied to the final month, provided correct notice is given.

  • NOTE: Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of the deposit and non-refundable.

Late Payment Fee (Monthly Programme Only)

If a monthly payment fails:

  • A 10-day grace period applies.

  • A late payment administration fee of £50 will be applied.

  • Lessons are suspended until payment and the late fee are cleared.

  • Early Termination Fee: If you cancel before the minimum term commitment is completed, you are liable for a fee of 50% of the total remaining monthly fees, payable as a one-off charge and your initial deposit will be null and voided.

  • Final Month: If cancellation is requested with only one (1) full month remaining, the fee is the full payment for that final month and your initial deposit will be null and voided.

*Example: A member cancels with 4 months remaining out of the 12 month initial term commitment. Their monthly fee is £250. The Early Termination Fee would be: (4 months x £250) * 50% = £500 as an one-off payment.

3d. Payment & Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy applies unequivocally to all fees, including but not limited to: the deposit fee, registration fee, any programme purchase (Monthly, 6-Months, Annual), and any other products or services sold by Easy Education London LTD.

4. Automatic Recurring Payments

  • All programmes operate on automatic recurring billing.

  • Payments will be charged on the agreed billing date.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment details are maintained at all times.

  • Deliberately cancelling card details or withholding funds to avoid payment constitutes breach of contract.

5a. Cancellation Policy

Email Request Mandatory: All cancellations must be formally submitted by email to [easyeducationlondon@gmail.com]. Requests sent via any other means (including but not limited to text message, social media, verbal communication, or other email addresses) will not be accepted or processed.

  • The advance payment (deposit) is held as security will cover the final month.

  • Insufficient funds: If a payment fails, the customer enters a 10-day grace period to rectify the issue. Lessons are suspended until payment is received. After 10 days if the payment does not go has not been collected, services are then terminated and deposit (if on monthly Program) is null and voided. â€‹â€‹

  • Early Termination Fee is applied (Can be found in Late Payment Fee (Monthly Programme Only) sub-section[Section 3c]).

  • Monthly Subscribers: To cancel, customers must email a formal request 4 weeks before their next billing date.

Example: To cancel by 5th of June, the email must be sent before the *5th of May *. The deposit covers May’s lessons as your final lessons. If the email is sent late (e.g., 15 May 2025), the automatic payment on 5 May is non-refundable, and the deposit covers June’s 2025 final lessons.

  • 6-months/Annual Subscribers: No deposit will be taken, but 4 weeks’ prior formal email cancellation notice is required to avoid auto-renewal. Unpaid fees during the grace period result in service suspension/termination.

Deposit Forfeiture Summary (For Any Monthly Program Purchased And/Or Enrolled):
Your deposit will be declared null and void, and you will not be granted any final classes, if you:

  • Fail to send the formal cancellation email to the specified address ([easyeducationlondon@gmail.com]).

  • Fail to provide the mandatory 4-week prior notice, before the start of next billing cycle.

  • Break your membership commitment {as outlined in the Minimum Commitment and Late Payment Fee (Monthly Programme Only) sub-sections found in SECTION 3c} and fail to pay the Early Termination Fee.

  • Upon forfeiture, your subscription and access to classes will be terminated immediately.

  • Tuition fees (including deposits) are non-refundable, including any payments made before cancellation.

Customers agree not to deliberately withhold funds (e.g., removing card details or causing failed payments).

  • Debt Collection:

Unresolved unpaid fees after 30 days will be forwarded to a collections agency, with the customer liable for additional costs.  â€‹â€‹

6. Rescheduling and Missed Classes

  • Group Sessions: If a customer misses a group class, this is non-refundable, and we cannot reschedule it. The class will  continue as normal. We will only make exceptions if we decide to do so.

  • 1-to-1 Sessions: If a customer needs to cancel a 1-to-1 session, they must notify us at least seventy-two (72) hour in advance to reschedule. This policy applies only to 1-to-1 sessions. If they do not, they will lose that lesson.
