Terms And Conditions
AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
1. Introduction
Easy Education London ("we," "our," "us") provides tuition services and products by signing up, you agree to follow these rules.
2a. Tuition Services
Our tuition services include group classes and private 1-to-1 lessons. Each customer will get four (4) lessons every month, based on their payment date. If a customer chooses more than one program, they will receive more than four (4) lessons per month, based on the number of programs they sign up for. For example, if a customer chooses two different programs, they will receive four (4) lessons per month, per subject according to their chosen program. The more programs you enroll, the more lesson(s) you will get.

-
In any 30-day cycle that includes a fifth week, there will be no lesson on that week, as customers will have already received their allocated four lessons for the cycle.

2b. Tuition Services, A Minimum Commitment Requirement:
Monthly Program:
By enrolling into any of our Monthly Program(s), you are committing to a minimum initial term of twelve (12) consecutive months. If you wish to cancel your membership before this initial 12-month term is completed, you will be liable for an Early Termination Fee (can be found in Section 3b).

Quarterly Program (A 3-Month Program):
By enrolling into any of our Quarterly Program(s), you are committing to a minimum initial term of six (6) consecutive months, which encompasses two quarterly payment cycles. If you wish to cancel your program before this initial 6-month term is completed, you will be liable for an Early Termination Fee (can be found in Section 3b).

Annual Program:
By enrolling into any of our Annual (12-month) Program(s), you are committing to the full, single term of that program. These are full one year program and are not subject to early termination mid-term. No refunds are provided for early cancellation on these plans.

3a. Program Purchase Policy
-
Option 1: Standard Monthly Program (With Deposit)
Customers pay:
First month’s tuition fee + final month deposit (equal to one month’s fee) upfront.
The deposit is held as security and used to cover the last month of service upon cancellation.
Example: A customer enrolling on 4 January 2025 pays for January + a deposit. If they cancel in June, the deposit covers June’s lessons, therefore they do not make payment for that final month.

-
Option 2: Alternative Monthly Program (No Upfront Deposit)
For customers who cannot pay the final month deposit upfront:
Delayed Start: The customer makes two consecutive monthly payments before lessons begin.
Payment 1: Standard monthly fee (held as security).
Payment 2: Second monthly fee (processed after Payment 1 clears).
Lessons Start: After the second payment is received.

-
Quarterly Program
No upfront deposit is required, but:
-
Cancellation requires *4 weeks’ prior written notice* before the next billing cycle.
-
Failure to cancel on time results in automatic renewal for another term (e.g., 3 months for quarterly plans)
-
Failure to give 4 weeks prior notice and decide to cancel two weeks or close to the next billing cycle or after the new billing cycle will result in you being liable for an early termination fee, found in SECTION 3b, part (1.b).

-
Automatic Recurring Payments - Payments are automatically charged monthly/quarterly/annually on the customer’s billing date (e.g., 5th of each month).

-
If a customer signs up for multiple programs, they will receive lessons according to their program selection.
-
